Fundraising and Donor Relations Management. Sharmagh is responsible for securing APRI Armenia’s funding—crafting the annual fundraising strategy, identifying diversified funding sources, and strengthening relationships with existing donors and partners while engaging new individuals and institutions in the supporters’ circle.

Beyond her work at APRI Armenia, Sharmagh is actively engaged in coordinating a resource hub for fundraising professionals in Armenia and the Diaspora, dedicated to advancing Armenia’s development through effective fundraising.

Sharmagh holds a Master’s degree in Media Production in Creative Industries from the Higher School of Economics in Moscow (2014).
