Head of Digital Operations. Arpiné oversees the organization’s digital infrastructure, including the website, internal communication systems, collaboration tools, and databases.

With a background in computer engineering and cybersecurity, Arpiné brings a strong technical foundation to her work. She has recently applied her expertise to operational leadership roles in international startups, including serving as Head of Operations at News Deeply and CEO of its Armenian office. As a technology consultant, she has managed projects and conducted training sessions for organizations such as the United Nations Development Programme and Cyberhub.

Beyond her consultancy and operational work, Arpiné is also the Co-Founder of Linaster, a company committed to expanding remote-working opportunities. Through Linaster, she helps design and deliver digital literacy courses aimed at closing the digital divide.
