Engaging with Armenian diasporans to ensure they are informed about issues critical to Armenia’s future development is crucial. APRI Armenia recently concluded a series of engagements across the United States, from New England to the Bay Area.
In New England, APRI Armenia Vice President of Donor Relations Seda Arzumanyan and Senior Research Fellow Benyamin Poghosyan met with community members at the AGBU, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and The Knights and Daughters of Vartan. Following this, Dr. Poghosyan headed to the Bay Area for a public discussion at Stanford University and meetings with local leaders, academics, and entrepreneurs.
Key discussion themes:
- Regional dynamics and security risks for normalization with Turkey and Azerbaijan
- Expanding the US–Armenia partnership in the tech and policy sectors
- Elevating Armenia’s voice globally through independent research and diaspora engagement
