APRI Armenia Co-Hosted Discussion on High-Tech Diplomacy at the 2025 Armenia Engineering Week

APRI Armenia, in collaboration with Armenia Engineering Week, held a timely discussion on October 3 on “High-Tech Diplomacy and Armenia’s Strategic Advancement.” The event brought together policymakers, diplomats, and industry leaders to discuss how technology can serve as a bridge for national development and stronger international cooperation.

Moderated by APRI Armenia’s Vice President for Strategy and Development Anahide Pilibossian, the panel explored how Armenia can leverage its growing high-tech capabilities to advance diplomatic partnerships and, conversely, how international cooperation can further boost Armenia’s innovation ecosystem and tech-driven growth.

The panelists—Gevorg Mantashyan, First Deputy Minister of High-Tech Industry of Armenia; H.E. Nilakshi Saha Sinha, India’s Ambassador to Armenia; Arsen Arustamyan, Managing Director of National Instruments AM/Emerson; and Pranjal Sharma, economic analyst, advisor, and author—offered diverse insights on the intersection of diplomacy and technology.

The event underscored the growing importance of high-tech diplomacy as a strategic tool for Armenia’s global engagement and lasting development.
