Our Governance
The governing bodies of the APRI Armenia Foundation are:
- the Board of Trustees
- the Director
The highest governing body of the Foundation in charge of its operations is the Board of Trustees. The Board is comprised of 7 members, among them the following members shall be the permanent members:
- General Director of Armenian General Benevolent Union Fund (Armenia),
- 1 (one) member from Armenian General Benevolent Union New York office designated by the Central Board of Directors of the Armenian General Benevolent Union.
