Vice President of Operations. Eduard oversees APRI Armenia’s finance and accounting, fundraising and donor relations, IT and cybersecurity, internal security, digital operations, and legal and regulatory functions, striving for operational excellence. He also serves as Secretary of the Board of Trustees. 

His prior experience includes roles at MTS Armenia, the USAID Economic Growth Office, the American Bar Association, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. 

Eduard holds Master’s degrees from SBS Swiss Business School (MBA) and the American University of Armenia (LLM).
