APRI Armenia is looking for a highly-organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Team Assistant / Office Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of administrative procedures and be able to handle a variety of tasks with minimal supervision. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments and meetings, booking travel, fielding emails and phone calls, managing databases and contacts, organizing the office, and providing support to the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling and appointments for collective meetings and executives’ meetings.
  • Manage databases and contacts, ensuring that they are up-to-date and accurate, on a regular basis.
  • Receive incoming calls and field emails sent to the general email addresses.
  • Greet and assist visitors, providing them with information and directions.
  • Book travel for team members, including flights, hotels, and transport.
  • Answer emails and phone calls from APRI’s phone number.
  • Organize the office, including ordering supplies, maintaining the general calendar of APRI, and filing documents.
  • Provide support to the team, such as preparing PowerPoint presentations, drafting documents, and running errands.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in executive administration, office management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent knowledge of English and Armenian, verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
